I’m a journalist, podcaster and pop culture commentator based in London.

In 2013 I started Get Your Comic On on Tumblr — the result of a honeymoon that didn’t quite go to plan. What began as a nerd blog became one of the UK’s leading independent pop culture publications, covering comics, film, TV, gaming and anime across written, audio and video platforms.

Thirteen years later, GYCO has attracted over 1.5 million unique visitors, earned a place in the GoodPods podcast top 100, and built a team of writers whose work has been recognised by Sony Pictures, Anime Ltd and major studios across the industry.

By day I’m a Commercial Finance Manager for the NHS. The rest of the time I’m here.
